Executive Assistants are a great starting point, and we excel at sourcing them. Review your key (or high-cost) staff and assess how much of their time is consumed by administrative tasks or paperwork. Delegating these tasks to offshore talent can be a game changer.
But don’t stop there. Software engineers and designers are readily available, as are detail-oriented project managers. We can also source highly specific talent, such as an architect in the Philippines with a degree from the University of Melbourne and experience working with leading firms worldwide.
The recruitment process is thorough yet straightforward:
1. Ongoing Support: You can contact us at any time for assistance or to address any challenges.
2. Initial Discussion: We start with a video chat to discuss your organisation, requirements, and culture. Based on this, we identify potential job ads and salary ranges.
3. Confirmation: After you review, we’ll hold a second video chat to finalise the job ad and standard benefits (e.g., leave, holiday pay). We’ll also draft interview questions, scenarios, and a take-home test (if applicable) for your approval.
4. Job Posting: We post the job ad, screen applicants, and conduct initial interviews. Recordings of shortlisted applicants are shared with you for review.
5. Interviews: You can decide to conduct a second interview and/or review a take-home test if needed.
6. Selection: Once you’ve identified a candidate, we’ll negotiate their salary and contract (including start date and benefits).
7. Contract Finalisation: We’ll send you a final contract for approval before engagement.
8. Preparation: We can meet to help you prepare for the candidate’s start date.
Our support doesn’t stop once the hire is complete. We provide:
Clarke Point offers a straightforward pricing structure:
Gross Payable Amount Formula:
Gross Payable Amount = Amount Payable to Contractor ÷ (1 – Margin Percentage)
Important Note: Funds must clear in our account before disbursing payments to contractors. Non-payment will result in the end of the relationship, as we cannot assume non-payment risks.
It is now common practice for Philippines-based contractors to use their own equipment and internet connections. However, for lower-paid roles, candidates may expect (or companies often choose) equipment to be supplied, which may include laptops, internet access, or specialised tools.
If you wish to upgrade a contractor’s equipment, we can facilitate this on an ad-hoc basis.
For any connectivity issues, we have a dedicated virtual assistant with expertise in troubleshooting these problems. They can investigate and recommend solutions tailored to your contractor’s needs.
